It's located near the entrance to the Thamel area, but a little further back, so it was a calm environment. The staff were polite and quickly booked the bus for us. If you're going to Pokhara by bus, it's better to stay in the Thamel area, as you can walk there.
There is no elevator, so it's a bit difficult to go up and down on the upper floors.

We went to Pokhara once, then returned to Kathmandu and stayed at the same hotel.
We were welcomed again and draped with a kata, a blessed cloth.
Check-out was at 1pm, but they looked after our luggage until around 5pm when we headed to the airport, and they also called a taxi for us.
