The hotel is a great value for money in terms of price. It is located in the Thamel area, and is very convenient for walking to various attractions and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay at Jay Suites after a trek
The staff in particular were lovely, super helpful and professional. A real pleasure
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, what a pleasure to find the comfort of a hot shower and a big bed after the trek!
A very good value for money in Kathmandu.
The breakfast was pretty good (a big plate with toast, eggs and other little things)

The best about this hotel was the location, it's very close to all the tourist attractions in the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities were a bit aged and could do with a facelift. Perhaps the most disappointing part was the food. We had booked the room including breakfast, which was a disappointment to say the least. Besides, this, the dining area was very loud, and the service is very slow. Having said that, the view from the roof terrace is fantastic.
