Marinha Airport Hotel

If you want to sleep near the airport, it is a discreet solution. The room I was assigned was overall clean and spacious. They kept my luggage, delivered a few days earlier, until I arrived. Unfortunately I find myself forced to give a very negative opinion on the management of the hotel, entrusted to rude and absolutely unprofessional guys. When I arrived I was asked to pay a higher price than the agreed one (more than a month ago), otherwise they wouldn't have given me the room! When asked for clarification, the two guys at the reception laughed in my face. Fortunately, *********** customer service solved the problem and I finally paid the correct price, but, alas, not without having to bang my fists on the table (figuratively speaking). Result: I lost a lot of time of my day (among other things the last one I spent in Nepal) in which I had commitments, to which I arrived VERY late due to this problem. The room had a window that could not be closed, which overlooked a technical room, from which came a lot of noise and (worse) cold, during the night. Near the window above there was a large patch of mold on the wall, below (see photos). But the most absurd thing was the following morning, when I found myself locked inside the structure. In fact, during the night, the shutter in front of the entrance is closed and is only opened when the employees (who were sleeping on the floor at the reception) wake up, with great tranquility. I hope the management of the structure changes, otherwise, stay away.
