The staff at Hotel Manang were friendly, attentive and very professional. Sending a big thank you to all, including the lovely room cleaning lady, you were delightful and very helpful. Meals in the restaurant were large portions and good value and sitting outside in the courtyard to eat was perfect. As a smoker I also appreciated having a balcony so I could smoke outside and keep the room smelling clean, thank you!

The service is good. I encountered some problems, which have nothing to do with the hotel, but the hotel management staff have been very careful to explain and help to solve them. However, although the hotel itself is clean, the facilities are relatively old. The curtains in the bathroom of the room I live in are just like decorations. It should be transparent when the light is on. Indoor hot water is not always available.

The counter staffs are polite. The facilites are closed thou - the ice cream cafe was closed. The spa only had 2 staff thus can only take in 2 appointments at a time - not so good for groups. Also the spa service is so so only. Location of Hotel is however excellent, located in a side lane for quietness but just walk out 2 mins are the main shopping shops. I had a tripple room - room is spacious and clean but the hot water dont really work - no time to feedback to hotel to fix.

Didn’t choose this hotel by choice it was given in the package by the tour and-travel group we were travelling with.. wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are an overseas traveller. Very old rooms with bedbugs., plenty of mossy bites throughout the stay. There was hair on the linen in the cushions.. They changed our room. We had no TV and no hot water… Daughter got food poisoning from the food which was a bummer. Some of the staff are very friendly and very helpful shout out goes to SHIMPA at the restaurant really lovely and friendly.. Wouldn’t book this place personally for myself or my family or my friends..

Great food and nice ambiance. Qomal provided excellent service. I loved the food and the outdoor seating area was cool at night. Beautiful music played in the background and made me think of younger days.

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience with the room and food. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Raj Khadka, the Front Desk Supervisor, for his exceptional assistance during my stay. He was very professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve an issue I encountered. I had a spa service at Ayur Spa where unfortunately, the manager was quite rude. Before my massage, she promised a discount but after the service, the bill was presented without any discount. I brought this to the attention of Mr. Raj Khadka at the front desk. He immediately apologized and personally went to the spa to resolve the matter efficiently. I truly appreciate Mr. Raj’s dedication and would like to wish him the best for a future managerial role — he definitely deserves it. However, I would kindly request the hotel management to reconsider the current spa manager’s approach, as it negatively impacted my experience and lacked the professionalism expected. Thank you again for a comfortable stay and special thanks to Mr. Raj for his outstanding support. And be a successful person in life Raj.

We six people are on the trip to Nepal and visited Kathmandu, Chitvan, & Pokhara but we were most comfortable at Hotel Manang. Hotels are not only facilities like buildings, rooms, and food but above all services are the important thing. We experience the best services at Hotel Manang and we will always remember the names of Ms Urmila, Ms Ambika, Ms Purnima, Ms Komal, Ms Shilpa and Mr Raj for their Best Services & Hospitality.
