I saw a huge rat in the common area running and hiding under the food line. I never ordered any food t From there. I told them, they were apologetic but did not do anything about it.

Very nice

The location is in the busy city of Thamel, which is convenient for various tourist activities. The staff is friendly and the stay is smooth and pleasant. The hygiene of the room price is also very good. It would be even better if the towels and bath towels that have been used for many years can be replaced with hairy ones.

The room, bathroom, bed, etc. were all clean and comfortable. The location was also great, in the Thamel area where many tourist attractions are located!!

I stayed here for the first time in January of this year. Even though it was my first time staying at the owner, when I told him I wanted to visit a Japanese language school, he contacted a friend he knows and arranged for us to do so, and he also arranged a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price. This time, my friend suddenly developed a fever, so I asked to get into the hotel early and get some sleep, and they accommodated my request. They also arranged a taxi to take me to the airport when I arrived in the middle of the night, and all of my requests were accommodated. Of course, the staff were also very friendly, and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

The administrator and the front desk were very friendly and kind. They gave me a lot of help when I needed anything. The room was also very clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water. It was in a small alley next to a busy street, so it was very quiet. After returning from Pokhara, I stayed there again until I left Kathmandu. It was a great stay.

There is no hair dryer, and the guest room cleaning took several calls before it came, but otherwise it was fine.
