Very bad, the service is extremely bad 😠!!! I called two days in advance to confirm that I could check in after taking the night bus!! I confirmed twice before booking and they said that it was completely possible and they could help me arrange early check-in and let me book. But when I arrived in the early morning, they said that they had never said anything about refunding the money. Their attitude was extremely bad, and they did not provide a solution or allow refunds. Worst experience ever

It's a wonderfully clean hotel, and you can feel the hospitality in everything.
The staff are all cheerful and friendly.
Hot water is available 24 hours a day, and the door between the shower and bathroom was very comfortable.

Have a wonderful experience staying there. The room is as advertise, with good connection of internet and daily replenish of drinking water too. We didn't take their breakfast package.
Walk out to the main street is just a couple of minutes with good access to food and shopping. Hotel is about 15mins to 20mins walk away from Kathmandu Durbur Square and 10mins walk away from Garden of Dreams.
The host is warm and friendly unlike other commercial hotel where hotel is just hotel.
Took a day trip arrange by the hotel and the guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you for hosting us. Keep up the good attitude and shout out to David and Manish for making our trip wonderful. We'll be back.
