The skyline restaurant is the best at sunset in this hotel. They have a transparent glass floor to watch everything under your feet. Many locals also get dressed up and come here to enjoy the million-dollar-worthy sight. You can also enjoy the buffet breakfast at the same restaurant if staying here.
I used the swimming pool and sauna on 9 floor. The staff there are very attentive and friendly. Feel like a queen being there!
The room is super clean and smell nice! I am amazed by the A.C. System. Believe me that’s very rare to find in Kathmandu!
All is very good from the beginning of check-in and till the end. They have free drop-off transportation to airport. So I would highly recommend to book the last nights in Nepal and enjoy a relaxing evening of here!

We had a wonderful stay at Aarya Hotel. The hotel is relatively new and very well maintained. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and, to our surprise, received a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were incredibly attentive and available around the clock. The concierge took the time to explain what we could see and do in Kathmandu and was very helpful throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we really enjoyed the facilities – the pool and gym were well-equipped, and both the laundry service and spa were just what we needed to relax while also exploring the city. We were even granted a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. The team (Manoj and all the others) truly goe the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. Highly recommended!

Recently spent on night in Arya Hotel. I really loved the stay here. Hotel is really well managed, you can see the glimpse of tranditional Nepal, with almost all staff wearing traditional clothes. The rooms was really good, more than we paid for. There is various other activities you can do inside Hotel like Massage, gym, swimming and jacuzzi for relaxation. It was worth every penny we spent. I was taken care by Mr Gopal who seems very very professional the way he cared and talked with us and asked us about our stay in the Hotelwhich was awesome. I cant recommend this Hotel high enough to anyone who is visiting Nepal or who are in Nepal for best stay.
