Don't stay! My experience: I stayed in this hotel from 1.2 to 1.4 (two nights in total), and on the first night I found a lot of ants on the towels and the bed (note, not just one or two, but many). Because it was the first time I encountered such a situation, I didn’t think of taking a video at the first time. Instead, I cleaned it up myself. Knowing that the sanitary conditions in Nepal are not very good, I thought that if I cleaned it up, it would be okay if it was cleaned up next time. As a result, there were ants on the bed again on the second day, and there were still ants when I woke up on the third morning. The picture is a screenshot of the video I recorded when the ants appeared again (as for why I didn’t post the original video, it’s because the screenshot can capture the time when I recorded the video but if I post the video directly, there will be no time, and there is my voice in the video, so I don’t want to post it here). After I gave feedback to the hotel, they refused to compensate for the two nights' room rate. Ctrip staff helped me communicate with them for three days, but they still refused to give in and their attitude was extremely bad. In the end, the compensation they agreed to give me was just one night of free accommodation (they also said that the five free meals would be cancelled)... Those who understand understand, food costs money, and letting you stay for a free night costs almost nothing, so those who understand understand 😅 In the end, I didn't even go back to stay there. Who would want to go back to stay there in such a situation? Moreover, the rooms in their hotel smelled of cigarettes, and it was no use even though I opened the door to ventilate for a long time. ps: They kept finding excuses to blame me for not telling them as soon as I found the ants. This is actually because at the beginning I really thought I would just clean it up myself, but then ants appeared on the bed one after another, and I thought about telling them after I checked out because I was not sure what they were like. I am a girl alone in Nepal, and I was worried that if I gave them feedback before checking out and we couldn't reach an agreement, I might be in danger, so I chose to give them feedback after checking out. Indeed, it would be good if I could provide timely feedback, but my failure to do so does not mean that they can be so rude and refuse to compensate. Really avoid this hotel. It's fine if there are no problems, but if there are, don't expect to get any justice from them. (You can look up relevant cases online to see which hotels in this situation do not charge check-out fees, and some even offer additional compensation.)
