mein zimmer war renoviert, was positiv hervorzuheben ist. insgesamt wirkt die hotelanlage in die jahre gekommen. zimmer und tagungsräume werden im sommer sehr heiß, da nicht (durchgängig) klimatisiert. im zimmer gibt es deckenventilatoren, welche ich jedoch als laut und wenig hilfreich erlebte. frühstück gut. abendbuffet ok, kein kulinarisches highlight. seminarverpflegung war knapp und tiefkühlkost. restaurantbereich wenig lieblich, da auf "massenverpflegung" ausgerichtet. für tagungen mit einer übernachtung ok, mehr nicht.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schon sehr lange, nicht gereinigte Fenster mit Kot von Vögeln und Schmutz. Kleiner Balkon voller Dreck. Lurch unterm Bett. Staub an allen möglichen Stellen angefangen vom Heizungsstab im Badezimmer über die Bettlampe. Leere box für Flüssig Seife in der Dusche. Das ganze ist nicht verwunderlich, denn es wurde mir erklärt, dass das Haus Keeping an eine externe Firma vergeben wurde. So kann das auch nicht funktionieren. Keine Supervision. Kein Housekeeping Management. wurde. In der Früh gab es keine Spiegeleier, da die Eier nicht geliefert wurden. Unaufmerksamer Service beim abröumen der Frühstückstisch. Defekter leerer, Butterautomat. Kaffeeautomat bei den Tagungs Pausen nicht gut, keine Creme. Stolze Zimmerpreise, schwache Leistung, rund um eine Enttäuschung.
