酒店在景區內 我覺得應該算是喀什古城裡最好的民宿 設施完善也很新 雖然是新開業的但是完全沒有味道 加上本身就在木雕博物館內 超級出片非常漂亮 樓頂可以看到古城全貌 特別提出管家伊馬木服務非常非常用心 周到 很有耐心！體驗感非常好很值得一住！

位置方便，距離停車場和夜市都不遠，注意的是要導航空中花園出口。服務熱情，早餐和下午茶在五樓平台，環境很好。

總體還是不錯的，位置相當好，下樓就是古城繁華地段，出行也方便。服務態度非常好，到門口接送，也安排了專車送機服務。唯一一點點小建議，洗衣服前告知是温水洗，因為洗衣服的問題，幾件新衣服都被染色了，都不能穿了，有點心疼。

設施：頂配，第一次遇到戴森吹風配了多個吹風頭的，浴缸大容納2個人都可以，水也很熱，蓮蓬頭水很大，喜歡，配的有氣泡水依雲礦泉水，外帶百歲山和其他汽水飲料，不夠可以無限添加
環境：乾淨衞生，富有濃郁名族色彩，房間設施高檔品質很高，景觀也也是古城最棒的，不管是白天還是晚上，
空中花園木雕博物館雙人門票:住在裏面可以隨便參觀和拍照，
首晚空中花園旅拍體驗:沒有後期，衣服多偏大，建議自己化粧，不過贈送的，還是很開心
重點説下服務：服務真的是不要太好，比現在好多五星級的酒店做的還好，熱情周到，貼心，有接送機服務，大門口也有讓人專門提行李，特別是主管劉震偉（可能字沒寫對），進店就會帶你給你講述房間內的配備和用法，下午茶我在晚上用的，本來是在1樓，可我選在樓頂，他們也是直接送上來，還會貼心問你喝什麼夠不夠，要不要再加點其他的，想到第二天一早的飛機吃不到早餐，還讓廚房帶一些可以拿走路上吃的，第二天我以為他們會忘記，結果下樓他們已經在裝我的食物了，拿了很多水果，雞蛋甜點，酸奶，我真的被感動了，雖然我衹住了一晚上，並沒有區別對待，真的是太好了，值得表揚，是各名宿酒店學習的榜樣，超級專業

The rooms were relatively clean, however the dining area was dirty, the surrounding tables had left overs from the previous night. The service was not so pleasant for the first few nights, as they were meant to come pick us up from the airport and the driver never showed up, however they rectified their shortcomings for the last stays by providing a bottle of wine, snacks and cake for my birthday, that was certainly appreciated. Over all this hotel is stunning and just needs their staff to pay more attention to details.

喀什之旅讓我最難忘的就是空中花園民宿，別緻的圓形大床，美麗的空中花園木雕博物館，精緻的建築格局都讓我印象深刻，但更加難忘的是兩位服務員帥哥艾科拜爾和衣馬木熱情周到，認真負責的敬業服務！他們在店長的帶領下讓我們有賓至如歸的温暖感受。下次還會再來，美麗的空中花園，耳目一新的西域風情。

酒店開業沒多久，服務人員態度挺好但實際服務體驗跟不上宣傳，比如宣傳的商務車接送機實際是替你打車；房間略小，房內設施不錯。

一磚一木皆歷史，露台藏着老城的魂
民宿的歷史沿革藏在店長的講述裏，瞭解了這棟建築原本是當地財主的家。房樑桌椅都是用黃楊木或者胡桃木做的，風吹日曬不褪色，坐在上面喝茶看老城日落，木頭的紋理裏都透着安心。
管家式服務，比本地人更懂喀什的暖
如果説民宿的硬件讓我驚艷，那店長和小傑的管家式服務絕對是“靈魂加分項”。小傑貼心的發定位然後兩位帥哥來幫我們拖着行李箱。
入住後更是被細節打動，幫我們烘乾衣服，帶孩子，還送旅拍，化粧。
在喀什的幾天，每天清晨被露台的鳥鳴叫醒，傍晚坐在核桃木桌邊看老城的炊煙裊裊，再聽店長講些老城的故事，感覺自己不是住客，更像回到了在喀什的“家”。如果你也來喀什，一定要住這裏——在千年老城的空中花園裡，感受歷史的厚重、品質的安心，還有那份比陽光更暖的守護。
