The hotel design should be distinctive, with a small courtyard, and the facilities in the room are also complete, but there is still a bit of odor in the newly renovated hotel room. The front desk staff speaks average Mandarin, and there are communication barriers. I can't understand anything they say, and they are not familiar with the business. It took a long time to check in. I originally booked two nights separately, and asked them to extend it together. They were not familiar with it, so I went back to the hotel first. It was already late at night. Why didn't they take me to the room? They didn't ask or say anything. When I checked out in the morning, no one was there. I checked out by myself using the computer because the check-out procedure was displayed on the computer. This is the worst service I have ever received in many 5A-level hotels. I don't recommend staying here.

酒店地處老城，屬於鬧中取靜。周邊很有煙火氣，吃的東西太多了，酒店在保持維族風格的情況下，內部裝修現代舒適，設施完善，有健身房，早餐品種很多，前台服務熱情，在這片區域，比較有性價比！

1. 建築設計：宏偉的維吾爾風格殿堂 · 酒店大門就非常氣派，充滿了伊斯蘭拱廊和幾何圖案的元素。主體建築是温暖的土黃色，搭配上藍色的穹頂和精緻的雕花廊柱，瞬間讓人聯想到《一千零一夜》中的宮殿，異域風情拉滿。每次進出都感覺像在參加一場儀式。 2. 大堂與公共區域：細節無處不在 · 步入大堂，瞬間被震撼。挑高的大廳中央懸掛着一盞巨大的、極其複雜的民族特色吊燈，金光璀璨，圖案繁複。 · 前台背景牆是經典的維吾爾族石膏雕花，牆壁上掛着艾德萊斯綢作為裝飾，休息區的沙發和靠墊也都是華麗的民族刺綉，就連腳下的地毯都充滿了濃郁的民族圖案。每一個角落都是拍照的絕佳背景。 3. 客房體驗：精緻而地道的文化小屋 · 房間內部將現代舒適與民族美學完美結合。床頭背景牆是手繪的民族花紋，顏色鮮艷但搭配和諧。 · 最讓人喜愛的是房間內的 “炕”式休閑區（或類似設計），鋪着漂亮的花毯，上面放着維吾爾式的矮桌和靠枕。晚上坐在這裏喝茶吃水果，體驗感十足。 · 燈具、鏡子、甚至垃圾桶都精心選擇了具有民族元素的款式，細節處理得非常到位。 4. 服務與文化氛圍：熱情好客的維吾爾家訪體驗 · 工作人員都穿着民族服飾，笑容甜美，待人接物充滿了維吾爾同胞特有的熱情與真誠，讓人感到賓至如歸。 · 酒店在晚間有時還會有小型民族歌舞表演在大堂吧區域，雖然不吵鬧，但極大地增添了文化氛圍。

年紀大了出差是一件很痛苦的事情，第一次來新疆出差，這個酒店不錯，感受到了滿滿的新疆特色，房間的衞生很乾凈，酒店的服務員很熱情，設施設備也很齊全，有同事來也會推薦。

酒店極具特色，庭院很漂亮，濃郁的喀什風情。房間內部十分温馨，設施一應俱全，在這裏，既能感受喀什獨特的文化魅力，又能享受舒適愜意的居住體驗，真心推薦給每一位來喀什遊玩的朋友！
