前台服務態度挺好的，下面要説一下:
1.客房服務員態度極其惡劣，續住第四天要求更換床單被套等布草，客房服務員拒絕，要麼你們退房，要麼問問前台還有沒有別的凈房，👿反正沒有布草
2.再次與前台溝通後，對講機裏一直充滿惡意溝通，抱怨甚至辱罵客人
3.我衹是一個正常的續住打掃訴求，也是預訂酒店後的合理權益
選擇這個酒店是對酒店的認可，雖然價格是很便宜，但客房服務是她的本職工作，與我所付款的房價不沖突，這樣惡意對待客人讓人很憋屈，極度無禮，我並沒有做錯什麼，把工作情緒發泄到客人身上我覺得很不公平

這家酒店整體體驗很贊！房間打掃得特別乾淨，一進去就覺得清爽舒服，住着很安心。最驚喜的是房間裏的大投影儀，晚上窩在床上看電影簡直太愜意了，畫質和音效都不錯，體驗感拉滿。而且工作人員服務態度特別好，有求必應還很熱情，從入住到退房都很順暢。性價比挺高的，下次有機會還會選這裏～

住酒店從來沒有那麼講究 可是這個酒店問題之多 要一床被子 又重又厚 半夜掉地上都拉不起來 睡眠質量之差 這個酒店小毛病超級多 需要不停的反饋 又得不瞭解決呵呵
