這次入住最大體驗是服務大不如以前，特別是前台服務態度一般，一個個冷若冰霜，不問不答，惜字如金，辦理入住沒有告訴客人早餐廳在幾樓，早餐幾點，，這些基本需要告知的問題，格美酒店的管理培訓不到位，這是對業主的不負責
