每一位前台工作人員的服務和態度讓人感覺熱情又親切；酒店所在位置就在崑崙塔旁邊，對面就是喀什古城和耿恭祠，到《遇見喀什》演出場館和高台民居都衹用步行，非常便利。特別要推薦樓下的案板牛蹄，每道菜都挺好吃的，入住酒店期間吃了3頓！

Very good hotel and value for money. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to help me check in early after an overnight train journey. The free washing machines were new and effective. The breakfast had sufficient variety, including serving warm noodles. I would certainly consider starting here again.

設施好差，服務也很離譜。半夜電視機突然開起來怎麼都關不掉，聯繫了前台，讓一個電工送遙控電池才關掉。第二天醒來房間突然斷電，聯繫前台後反覆給電斷電，導致馬桶不能使用、燈光不能使用，沒法洗漱、沒法出門。店長給的方案是，如果我續住的話不要在攜程下單，她前台給我優惠。事後我才發現，前台收的房費比攜程更貴。真的很想罵人，連環坑。

帶全體員工出來團建，最後一夜住在這裏，特別喜歡的一晚。乾淨，熱情，雖然是連鎖酒店沒有特別突出的點，但是在這個時代，便宜不出錯已經是非常好的了。
免費接送機:這點特別好！城市不大，打車不貴，但是有這個特方便！

酒店位置很好，古城東門對面步行幾分鐘就到了，崑崙塔下面，周圍好幾個酒店。周圍吃的也有很多選擇。衞生也很好，帶着長者和小朋友，在這裏一共住了六晚，清理衞生的阿姨人也很好。中間出了一點小插曲，外賣的葯因一點失誤送錯了也及時幫忙找回，還是非常感謝工作人員。
