差評衹因前台惡劣的服務態度，建議換人！退房當晚自駕抵達和田，23時才發現有物品遺留在酒店，旋即電話與前台溝通。哪知服務人員隨意搪塞、簡單就説沒有，在我向其強調物品為境外購入，且具有一定金額價值，其才答應向客房經理轉達，協助尋找。後續好在客房經理認真負責，及時找到並進行了回寄。這裏不禁想問：衹要東西不值錢，就算對客人再怎麼有紀念意義也找不回來嗎？！
最後評價該店，地理位置極佳，除了前台外，保潔、保安等服務都不錯，房間略小、但也夠用，可是停車極其困難，春節都得靠保安師傅代客泊車才能搞定，其餘旺季時間絕不建議自駕來該店住宿。

房間很乾凈，房間温度適宜，床很舒適。酒店位置很好，到古城步行只有十幾分鍾，附近吃飯也很方便。服務人員熱情有禮貌。
