Pros: Good location, a few minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The area is okay.
Incomprehensibly, there was no hot water, and when I checked out the next day, the front desk said there was an electrical problem. However, no one told me when I checked in, and no one asked me if there was no hot water... I can only say that the service was poor.

The location is excellent, only 300 meters away from the long-distance bus station, suitable for friends who travel by bus. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
Myself and my family of 4 arrived in Kas after making the reservation to stay one night before. Unfortunately the receptionist told us that there was a mistake on the system which meant it booked us in for the night previous to our arrival. He told us they had no room available for us but they had already charged our bank account for the room!!!
He refused to give us a refund and told us we had to contact the agent we booked with (trip.com) - they have told us that the hotel refused to cooperate and give us our refund!!!
So I have paid for 4 people bed and breakfast for 4 people and never received!!! The receptionist was rude and did not speak any English.
WE THEN HAD TO WALK AROUND THE CITY WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO FIND SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR 4 PEOPLE! disaster!! Avoid at all costs
I live here, and I have never experienced such a horrible experience in Turkey. My family flew out to meet me for a visit and I am so disappointed with the horrible impression they have been given on this country by this hotel!!
The hotel itself was horribly outdated and there genuinely wasn't a single person in site , the lights weren't on in reception when we arrived so we assumed it was closed. It had a funky smell and looked totally different to the photos!!

Otelin konumu Kaş merkeze olması dolayısı ile heryere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Çalışanlar her zaman güler yüzlü ve saygılı. Kahvaltısı ***et yeterli çeşitlilikte. Aile ile konaklanabilecek bir yer, ancak otelin eski olması dolayısı ile çok beklenti içerisine girmemek lazım.
