Booked a hotel room for New Year's Eve. As a result of the tripcom service's dishonest attitude towards its work, the number was different from what was in the photographs in this application. This greatly ruined my holiday and holiday experience.
As for the hotel itself:
The location is very convenient, 30 seconds to the sea, 5 minutes walk to the center and the old marina.
The hotel and the rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing is broken, everything you need is there.
Breakfast is adequate, not a buffet, but you can fill up.
The hotel has a great terrace with a swimming pool.
Sea view rooms offer stunning views, especially at sunset.
The service was adequate, they couldn’t solve the problem with the room, but again it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. All other requests and questions were resolved quickly. Good people work here.
Special thanks to manager Ibrahim for his understanding and humane attitude.
I recommend the hotel. But first, it’s better to check with tripcom representatives about the correspondence of the photos of the rooms in the service with reality.

I had the pleasure to have a short stay at Hera hotel in Kas. It was the last hotel I stayed in Turkey after a 3 week vacation in Turkey. I most say I was disappointed in all of the 7 hotels I stayed throughout Turkey, as I never found real value for the prices I was paying at 4 and 5 stars hotel. Hera hotel in Kas was the exception . The hotel truly lives to the expectation of what you are paying and in addition to the hospitality I received from the staff , specially Ibrahim the manager of the hotel. The hotel is super clean it was excellent bedding and bathroom details you will expect for this type of hotel . I actually stayed in 3 hotels in Kas , and this was by far the best . In terms of location I would highly recomend staying in this ***** along the ocean in you are visiting Kas. I stayed also in the peninsula, while the view as the peninsula are nice , is in the middle of nowhere and if you don’t have a car is a big issue . Even with a car parking in the peninsula is a nightmare . The view of the ocean on Hera hotel are spectacular , and it has its own beach club right on the ocean across from the street from the hotel . And is only 4 minute walk to downtown where all the action happens at night full of bars and restaurants . There are about other 8 hotels in that same road ***** . I stayed in another hotel in the ***** which has again disappointed compare to what Hera hotel has to offer . The hotel on the ***** are up against the mountains and most of them don’t have elevators— Hera hotel does have an elevators which is very convenient to avoid the stairs like the other hotels. Highly recommend staying in Hera hotel is you are visiting Kas. Good value for money , great breakfast , amazing location , pool and ocean access

Our stay here was overall positive. The day we arrived I was so tired I went straight to bed and didn't look around for a few hours. After my boyfriend and I went for dinner later and came back, we noticed a few things in our room that were less than ideal. The safe didn't work, the TV didn’t work and there were tiny ants crawling all over the bathroom. I went to the front desk around 11:30pm and told the front desk person the issues we were having. He didn't speak a lot of English so we used our phones to translate to each other and he completely understood my concerns. He took me to a couple other rooms to view, one which was similar to ours with the same view, so we grabbed our stuff and switched to it. This one had a much bigger bathroom, no ants and both the TV and safe worked perfectly. Our view was amazing, we could see the Mediterranean right in front of us and the village on the right perfectly. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony, they were absolutely beautiful to see every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us and making sure our stay was going well. We had a beautiful pool on the property which we used one day because the sea was too rough to get into. The entrance to the sea was right across the street from us with loungers available for use at no additional charge. It was attached to a beach bar (I assume is owned by the hotel) which was very convenient if you wanted a snack or a drink while you were dryin

Hera Hotel - Beach Bar - faded glory Pebbles Beach Bar has so badly deteriorated, that the hotel should be ashamed. It was the best beach bar in Kas for years. It is now run-down - poor toilets, broken ladder and one closed to enter the sea. The sunbeds were soaking wet from a storm. The staff are surly and disinterested. The sunbed charge is OK, but then a 'food' charge is applied! The plants are dead, and everything looks tired. This is a beach bar that is going bust and degrading as it has far fewer users than we can ever remember, Shame

İki sefer kaldığımız otelde son kaldığımızda odadan hiç memnun kalmadık.Ayrıca beach ilk gittiğimiz seferki gibi değildi hayal kırıklığına uğradık.Özellikle tuvaletleri çok pisti genel olarakta beachte hijyen sıkıntısı vardı.Bu nedenle bir şeyler yiyip içmek için otelin lobby barına gitmek zorunda kaldık.Lobby bardaki Cülyan beye güleryüzü ve hizmeti için teşekkür ederiz.Ayrıca resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan oda kötü olsa bile bizi hoş tutmaya çalışan arkadaşa teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel was half shut with almost no staff at the site. Dirty dusty stairs and corridors. The beach, restaurant, bar and spa was closed. Such a disappointment. However the ******* team helped us to get a partial refund.

Odalar ile ilgili yenilenmeyen odaların hâlâ mevcut olması çok üzücü… Bu konuda Mesut beye danıştık, bizde çok yardımcı oldu. Başka bir odaya bizi sevk ederek tatilimizi güzel bir şekilde bitirmemizi sağladığı için teşekkür ederiz. Odamız çok temizdi ve konforluydu. kahvaltı ***et güzeldi ve gerçekten yeteri kadar çeşit vardı. Yaklaşık 1 hafta konakladık ve bu süre zarfında “keşke” diyebileceğimiz bir durum ile karşılaşmadık. Havuz başında olan barın personelleri çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle bu konuda Cülyan beye Ali Kemal’e ve ismini sayamadığım daha 2,3 kişiye teşekkür ederiz. İşlerinde başarılı ve oldukça saygılı olduklarını vurgulamak isterim. Otelin en beğendiğimiz yeride çalışanları sayesinde havuz başındaki bar oldu. Otele ait plajda da çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Bu konuda bizimle ilgilenen Doğukan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Sodamızı bardağa döktükten 30 saniye sonra direk boşları almaya geliyorlar. Bu konuda hassasiyet gösterilmesi gerçekten çok hoş. 25 dakikada bir size “bir isteğiniz var mı?, yardımcı olabileceğim bir konu var mı?” Vesaire sorular sorularak ilgi alakayı kesmemeleri konusunda çok memnun kaldık. Kısacası otelde keşke denilebilecek bir şey yaşasak bile hemen çözüme odaklı olmaları bizi mutlu etti. tatilimiz çok güzel bir şekilde sona erdi. Otelimizden çok memnun kaldık. Güzel kaş ve Hera otel hatıraları ile birlikte İstanbul’a dönüşümüzü bekliyoruz.
