It is not far from Karuizawa Station, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. Please note that it is closer to exit from the north exit of the station. I don't know why Google Map directed me to exit from the south exit when I navigated for the first time, which doubled the distance.
Except that the room is still in the Japanese style (small), the overall style is very similar to that of an American hotel, with a simple Western breakfast and no special facilities. The service attitude and enthusiasm are very good and can help you solve problems. The room is relatively clean. Overall, it matches its price. If you don't stay at the Prince Hotel but want to be closer to Karuizawa Station, this hotel is a good choice.
In addition, for travel tips, you can take the old railway from Karuizawa to Naka Karuizawa or take the bus at the north exit. If you just want to visit the two churches, it is recommended to take the bus. The bus can go directly to the station at the Hoshino Onsen intersection, and there are two churches on the slope next door. If you take the train (one station), it will take about 20 minutes to walk in from the train station.
