The hotel is not far from Karuizawa Station. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there are free small towels and other items for self-service. It is worth recommending!

When we pushed our luggage to the hotel entrance, the service staff had been waiting for us for a long time and immediately opened the door for us. They gave detailed instructions when we CHICK IN and even told us the opening hours of nearby convenience stores. Their attitude was very good. The restaurant will provide welcome snacks, drinks, biscuits, etc. until 9pm. The breakfast was simple, with only lettuce, bread, sausages and curry rice, but they were all delicious. The restaurant manager was always busy while everyone was eating, checking if there was any shortage of ingredients and replenishing them immediately. He also cleaned up the used tables immediately to keep the entire restaurant clean. Other staff would also help to clean up if they saw dirt on the table. The whole hotel gives people a very warm feeling. The entire hotel is non-smoking, and there is no smoke smell, which is very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. Next time I have the chance to come to Karuizawa, I will definitely stay there again.
