I misunderstood that this was the Prince Hotel next to the ski resort. It turns out that in addition to the East and West Buildings, there is also what the locals call the Japanese Prince. We arrived at around 12pm, and the hotel does not allow check-in until 3pm. There is a shuttle in the park that goes directly to the Outlet shopping mall. When we returned to the hotel, our luggage had been delivered to our room. After 9 o'clock, the hotel provided a special car to take us to the hot springs. Breakfast is served in the hotel's only restaurant, which faces the lake and has a beautiful view. Compared to Prince West, The Prince is much quieter and cozier. The room comes with a kitchen and the bathroom is spacious.
Our room was on the first floor which opens directly to the outside, so when it snowed my daughter ran happily outside to make a snowman.
There was a lounge serving drinks and wines, which all guests could enjoy, what I appreciated the most is the library setting with books to read.
Service was phenomenal, the reception and all staff members were helpful.
