A sweet old school hotel. Great location with excellent service from the front desk to the upstairs breakfast area. A welcoming lobby where tea is offered at any time along with a welcoming smile. It was perfect for my 2 night stay in Kars

Location wise, walking distance to the town center. Its actually opposite Fathiye Cami. The room was clean and huge. Toilet is okay. The staff was so helpful. Before I arrive there I texted the staff to ask about the room. When I arrive Kars it was 10pm and no taxi nearby. I texted the staff again and ask him a favour to book me a taxi and he responded immediately and told me taxi will arrive in 7 minutes. Complete with car plate number and driver’s name! 😇 Breakfast was normal Turkish breakfast and the restaurant is quite huge. Overall satisfied!

Hôtel is far from centrum. Near the highway that means so much noise even the windows are closed. The shampoos and soap are the low quality ones. Dinner is not good enough but the soup was ok. There are no mosquito shields on the windows. One thing that I couldn't understand was the height of the toilet. It was very high from the ground and not comfortable. Not easy for children and short people. Hotel is generally clean. The best thing was their breakfast. You will have a good one there. Working stuff is all kind and caring.

It was okay. The hotel is already a bit old and one can see that. The breakfast was okay-ish. Better book without breakfast and have it in the city. The location and flair is the best part of the hotel. Their wifi is quite weak.
