biz otelde 1 gece konakladık. Genel olarak memnun aldık. Resepsiyonda olan beyefendi bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve çok misafirperver bir tutum sergiledi. Kahvaltı ve servis iyiydi. Sadece banyolar biraz eskiydi. Onu dışında memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

Kaldığımız ilk gecenin sabahında elektrikler kesildi, sular kesildi, asansör çalışmadı. Otel çalışanları müşterilerin acil ihtiyaçlarını karşılama adına hiç bir şey yapmadı. Tuvalet ihtiyacı için karşıdaki caminin tuvaletine gittik.

Kars Konak hotel
The hotel looks ok from the small lobby. The lift is just about big enough for 1 person and a suitcase.. The hotel looks as though it could do with a clean, the stairways etc look dirty. Our room, where do i start!! Too much furniture for the room, couldn't swing a cat in that room. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Cigarette burns in the pillow cases and the mattresses look dirty. The bathroom cabinet was just about hanging together, my husband had to fix the shower door as that was hanging off. The toilet seat half hanging off the toilet. I seriously can go on and on but i think you get the idea.... this hotel is advertised as a 3* , i think not.

Çok temizdi.
Ben şimle beraber iki gece konakladık.Otelin çalışanları çok ilgiliydi ve otel çok temizdi . erken gitmemize rağmen girişimizi hemen yaptılar. Otel tam merkezde her yere kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Kahvaltısında çeşit yeterliydi. Tek eksik yönü biraz eskiydi . Fiyat performans otelinin biraz üzerinde. Teşekkür ederiz Kars Konak Otel ☺️
