Stayed for two nights and the overall experience was great. The room was spacious and clean, the heating and hot water were impeccable. The location of the hotel is also convenient, there is an A101 convenience store next to it. The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the boss went out of his way to help me contact the bus to Doğubayazıt. I am so grateful to him! !

The hotel is already "tired", which is noticeable in the decoration and furnishings.
We were given a room with a double bed, although we booked with 2 single beds. And one set of towels for 2 people))
The rest is clean and inexpensive. Good breakfasts.
We booked it as a transit, for one night, so the shortcomings didn’t really bother us.

Location wise, walking distance to the town center. Its actually opposite Fathiye Cami.
The room was clean and huge. Toilet is okay. The staff was so helpful. Before I arrive there I texted the staff to ask about the room. When I arrive Kars it was 10pm and no taxi nearby.
I texted the staff again and ask him a favour to book me a taxi and he responded immediately and told me taxi will arrive in 7 minutes. Complete with car plate number and driver’s name! 😇
Breakfast was normal Turkish breakfast and the restaurant is quite huge.
Overall satisfied!

Otelinizde 14-16 mart tarihinde 31 kişilik grup olarak konaklama yaptık.Otelden ve resepsiyondaki görevlilerden çok memnun kaldık.Fakat otelden ayrılacağımız sabah restoranta görevli E. Hanım davranışı ve dedikleri bu güzel otele yakışmadı.Sabah kahvaltısında 4 kişilik masada oturan arkaşalarımızla yemek üzere almış oluduğumuz 4 parça sıcak börek için E. Hanımın topluluk içerisinde tarafımıza ithamda bu*****ak "Çantanıza mı koyacaksınız?" sorusu hiç hoş değildi. Açıkbüfe kahvaltıda görevlilerin otel müşterisinin yediği ve yiyeceği gıdaları sayması ve kontrol etmesi hiç hoş değil , kaldı ki kendisi bize kişi başı 1 parça böreği çok gördü. Gidecek olanların börek alırken 2 kere düşünmesi gerekecektir lakin börek güzeldi. Tavsiye edeceğimiz otele yakışmadı.

Konumu ve vaad ettikleriyle Kars'taki en iyi fiyat performans oteli. Sessiz bir otel denilemez. Restoranın ilk katta olması sebebiyle gürültülü gelebiliyor. Ayrıca personel gün içerisinde temizlik yaptığı sırada sohbet sebebiyle çok gürültü yapabiliyor. Geceleri kapı kapama sesleri duvarlardan çok kolay geçiyor.
Wi-fi çok iyi çalışıyor. Oda televizyonu yayını iyi.

Kahvaltı ***et bol seçenekli ancak dizilim daha mantıklı yapılabilir. Tatlılar ve tuzlular iç içe geçiyor. Daha yaratıcı ve misafire kolaylık sağlayacak bir sıralama yapılabilir.
