Location a 30 mt dal mare, appena fuori il paese di Afrata e vicino al porticciolo di Finiki. Camere semplici e spartane ma complete di tutto e con pulizia giornaliera. I punti forti sono il tramonto in pole position, il suono del mare in sottofondo h24 e la gentilezza e simpatia di Andrea che è sempre disponibile per tutto a tutte le ore. Ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto, ci ha riaccompagnato e ci ha anche noleggiato un auto.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso due settimane splendide in questa struttura davvero rilassante. Alpha studios si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di Karphatos a due passi dal mare tanto che alla notte ti puoi addormentare ascoltando le onde infrangersi sulla scogliera. La struttura è carina e ben tenuta e vicina a servizi come market e farmacia oltre che a taverne dove la sera si può mangiare davvero bene. Molto apprezzata la pulizia giornaliera delle stanze e soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Andreas , il proprietario, persona davvero speciale, sempre sorridente e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Speriamo di tornare al più presto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Strategica location al centro dell’isola, che permette di raggiungere le svariate spiagge, anche se non ha diretto accesso al mare. Supermarket è paese di Arkasa a due passi. Pulizia giornaliera molto apprezzata, grande disponibilità del gestore Andrea. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima.

This is a comfortable place with lots if charm. The rooms each have a cute balcony with lovely plants, comfortable beds and fluffy pillows, pretty decor that's both traditional and cheerful. The managers provide exceptional service and do what they can to make sure your stay is great. I rented a car to drive around the island but there are restaurants and shops and a nice beach within walking distance. I had a lovely time here and will certainly be back!

Camere spaziose con angolo cottura, terrazzo con tramonti bellissimi, pulizie giornaliere, Andreas eccezionale! Se torneremo a Karphatos torneremo sicuramente lì. Adiacente al paese dove ci sono ristoranti e bar.

Ο κύριος Ανδρέας είναι ένας υπέροχος οικοδεσπότης,μας καλωσόρισε θερμά και κατά τη διαμονή μας μας έδωσε όμορφες συμβουλές για το νησί..το δωμάτιό μας ήταν υπέροχο, καθαρό και με την πιο όμορφη θέα,πάνω στο κύμα στην κυριολεξία! Ήταν μια πολύ όμορφη εμπειρία να έχεις τη δυνατότητα να βλέπεις το ηλιοβασίλεμα τόσο κοντά σου, και να ακούς καθώς κοιμάσαι τον ήχο της θάλασσας! Ήταν τόσο δροσερή και όμορφη η ατμόσφαιρα που δε χρειάστηκε καν να ανοίξουμε το κλιματιστικό .. μια πραγματικά όμορφη εμπειρία και μια ξεχωριστή γνωριμία με τον αξιόλογο κύριο Ανδρέα που θα έχουμε να θυμόμαστε!
