Résidence de studios très bien située à la sortie d'Arkasa avec de jolies terrasses. Equipement largement suffisant. Surtout accueil sympathique, prévenant, quasi-familial. Parking facile et supérette à proximité. Merci pour votre accueil !

Posto appena fuori il centro di Arkasa, vicinissimo ad un supermercato ed alla farmacia in una zona tranquilla, con splendida vista dal secondo piano, sul mare e i supi tramonti. Struttura un po datata, che necessiterebbe qualche miglioria al bagno ed in particolare alla doccia, ma per il resto oltremodo pulito, con cambio quotidiano di lenzuola ed asciugamani. La camera è dotata di angolo cottura con frigorifero e lavello e tavolino con sedie. Ampio e comodo letto matrimoniale. Grande armadio guardaroba con cassaforte a chiave. Piacevole il terrazzo con tavolino e poltroncine. La signora che fa gli onori di casa, sempre cordiale, sorridente e disponibile. Merita trascorrerci una vacanza Located just outside the center of Arkasa, very close to a supermarket and pharmacy in a quiet area, with a splendid view from the second floor, of the sea and its sunsets. Structure a bit dated, which would need some improvements to the bathroom and in particular to the shower, but otherwise extremely clean, with daily change of sheets and towels. The room has a kitchenette with fridge and sink and table with chairs. Large and comfortable double bed. Large wardrobe with key safe. The terrace with table and armchairs is pleasant. The lady who does the honors of the house, always friendly, smiling and helpful. It deserves a vacation
