Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nella villa n 3. L'indipendenza, la comodità e il comfort totale. La villa è dotata di tutto,ma davvero tutto,anche l'mpensabile. Tranquillità e lusso. Consigliatissimo, Matina ,la manager è molto attenta a tutto e il personale molto discreto ed efficiente.

My family and I had a great 5 night stay at Istia. The view is incredible and the property is well-maintained. The condos are well-appointed for comfort and relaxing. We cooked breakfast and other light meals. Matina is always available for assistance and recommendations. You will need a car or rely on taxis if you rent here. We rented from Takis Rent a Car, which was also a great experience. It was a great stay and we are sad to say goodbye — for now!

Fantastisk leilighet, stor og god plass, utrolig rent og daglig rengjøring. Håndduker for Strand og basseng tilgjengelig hele døgnet. Nydelig frokost servert på terrassen hver morgen. Alle som jobbet der var veldig serviceinnstilt, hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake og anbefaler det på det varmeste. Var her med 3 barn som koste seg i det herlige bassenget . Et av de beste plassene vi noen gang har bodd på.

The rooms are fantastic. Each villa (there are only four) has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a kitchen and living room. The property has a beautiful infinity pool that overlooks Karpathos town below. There is a very good breakfast that is made to order and brought to your villa. The rooms are in great condition and very clean. Highly recommend!!

This is a unique property that I absolutely loved. Each morning, we were brought an exceptional breakfast to our villa - you are asked to fill out a menu the previous night. The villa is cleaned daily, and that’s about the only interaction you will have with the people who run the property. If you require lots of hand holding, this may not be to your liking. There is generally no staff present on the property after the rooms are cleaned in the morning, but there is a phone available to contact staff if needed. There are only four units on the property, each with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living room. There is a fantastic pool on the property overlooking Karpathos town far below. The location is far enough away from Karpathos town that a car is required and recommended anyway to see the rest of the beautiful island. The property is super quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are very clean. If I return to Karpathos I will absolutely stay here.

Excellent location and a welcoming and beautiful place with attention to every detail! Breakfast was delicious and stuff was very kind!! I totally recommend ISTIA Luxury Villas for a magical accomodation!!!
