Location is Uber central. It is infact quite excellently situated. Staff are superb. Very friendly and helpful indeed. The price was very good, and based on that - the value is about as good as it gets in Germany. Room contained a desk, chair, TV, longer chair, bed side lamp, reading lamp, multiple outlets, 2x towel, 1x bath mat and complimentary shampoo soap at the sink and shower. There were multiple radiators at your disposal and tissue paper and bathroom paper. The single room was a good sized with a large window. Everything was clean. There was a place to store bicycles or indeed borrow those offered. Breakfast was available though I didn't try. There is also an elevator. Again...for the price paid it is deserving of 5/5.

One night in this hotel, 3 of us and we got a family room that was actually 2 bedrooms. Very nice layout, clean and friendly welcome. Would stay again!

It's a little far from the station. There was a table next to the bed so it was easy to put your luggage. I didn't use it, but there was a clothes warmer. The floor was wobbly and dented, so I'm worried about safety in the future.

Stairs squeak. At night I couldn't move quietly in bed because the bed squeak was so terrible and unbearably loud. Speaking of the bed; I had paid extra for a big bed and I got a small bed. Not the toilet was pleasant, because who wants to see the previous person's urine in the toilet??????? Hands off, hands off, hands off.

Comfortable and clean room. Warm welcome from the staff. At night I heard the neighbor snoring.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the price-performance ratio was very good! The bathroom was very large and had a window to the inner courtyard. I would book it again!

A bit older hotel, but OK. Open pipe in the room from the heater being torn out (room 23), sauna broken! Water damage in the breakfast room!

It is a 15 minute public transport ride or a 30 minute walk from the train station to Karlsruhe, and within walking distance of the castle.

We were in Karlsruhe from Friday to Sunday for a concert and had few expectations of a hotel. First of all, the good: the breakfast was good and we were given a friendly welcome. However, our room was a disgrace: greasy walls and a wooden ceiling marred by mildew. The bathroom was clean and the mattresses were good, so we stayed, especially since most hotels were fully booked. We were told that the condition of the room was known. It was a shame, as we had booked very early.
