Karlovy Vary Hotels with Airport pickup service

Situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary this hotel is in an old style building and require some improvements. The room was spacious but the bedding was not for a 4 star level. There were no toiletries available except the first day and not for two people. There was no shower gel, no shampoo in the bathroom and the hair drier was a joke running for about 10 seconds before cutting off. We found dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor and no complimentaries except coffee and tea the first day. The breakfast was very skimpy with some bread rolls of 3-4 days old and poor variety food. We will not return to this hotel and would not recommend to others.

Hotel Palacky besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Karlsbad. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer, mit allem was dazu gehört und die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück ist gut, bietet Abwechslung und ist reichlich, am Buffet zur Selbstbedienung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus und kommen gerne wieder. Perfect location, straight in the city centre, on the main street. Friendly welcome, easy check in and out. Spaceus, clean room, good facilities, some toiletries are provided.Great view. Nice choice in the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!!
