Karlovy Vary Hotels with Gym

The hotel is impeccable. I just didn't know when I booked the hotel that the room was not in the main building (Picture 2). I had to cross the street to go to breakfast and sauna. I hope the room information should have reminded me that I stayed opposite the main building (Picture 1). The experience was greatly broken and I felt like I was staying in a 3-star hotel. Rooms were great! But not worthy of 5 star hotel yet because of hotel receptionist service which wasn’t as friendly and housekeeping was so slow. Needed to call again to chase them for a body conditioner. Facitilies were great. Thai massage was very good. Bar and restaurant staffs were good too.

The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory
