Very nice 5 star hotel with nice swimming pool, big tasty food selection with caffe and bars, private beach for guests with snack bar, nice coctails included without additional charge, overall very nice hotel and stay Bad things - travel agency agent from the hotel was pushing us to buy from him additional attraction and tried to overchage us with prices 4/5 times more than you can get online or directly with companies, saying guest ”must attend” his meeting? Is this jail or 5 star hotel? why hotel allow them to do it? They are ruining this hotel reputation Also wifi was not working good or not working at all

Duration of Stay: 16 Days The staff at Kiryibik were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our 16-day stay. However, several aspects of our experience left room for improvement. Management appears to be prioritizing cost-saving measures, which impacted various aspects of our stay. Despite the cleanliness of the hotel, the distance from the airport was inconvenient, making transportation challenging. The rooms were recently renovated and maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which was appreciated. However, the lack of variety in the food offerings was disappointing. Daily repetition and a limited selection, left much to be desired. Additionally, snacks were limited to hamburgers and fries, and the promised afternoon coffee with cake was substituted with dry old cookies. While the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star establishment, it falls short of this standard. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly staff, but other aspects, such as child-friendliness, were lacking. The presence of glass tables in the lobby, limited play spaces for children detracted from the overall experience. The mini club is very small and was almost all the time closed. Furthermore, the swimming pools were disproportionately small considering the number of rooms, and the beach amenities were outdated, with defective parasols and a worn-out terrace. In terms of value for money, the hotel did not meet expectations. The high price did not align with the quality of service provided. We also encountered resistance when requesting alternative food options for our stay, indicating a lack of flexibility from management. The spa facilities were underwhelming, with poor quality and service. The hamam was frequently closed, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the spa area. In conclusion, while the friendly staff and cleanliness were highlights of our stay at Kirbiyik Hotel, several areas require improvement, particularly in terms of food variety, child-friendliness, and overall value for money. Management should consider revisiting their cost-saving measures to enhance the guest experience.

An excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Mountains on one side, sea on the other. Caring staff, excellent selection of dishes, fruits, original alcohol. Several pools, in different areas, everyone will find a place to their liking. There is an area with a pool and a bar for relaxation, without children. Entertainment every evening: shows with artists, live music on Tuesdays. Animators are active throughout the day!!! table tennis, tennis, volleyball, water park

I would like to start by saying that upon our arrival we were not given the room we booked. I booked a family room for 3 people, with two separate rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 5¹⁵ in the morning, received the keys and went up to the room. We got a room with three beds. I immediately went to the reception. The receptionist told me that the standard room was on the paper and I showed my reservation that it was a family room. He then informed me that he doesn't see this and that the system has stopped anyway and he can't do anything. There is no vacant family room. How does the receptionist know that there is no free family room if there is a system error? Then I called our local tour guide and he informed me that the hotel had made a mistake. In my opinion, the hotel knew that we wouldn't get here until the next day and sold our room for the same day. Good tactic. Good. There is no shower gel in the room, only shampoo and they don't refill it either, you have to ask for it. On the day of our departure, we asked the luggage room to put the suitcases away for a few hours. They gave me the key to the luggage room so I could put it away . Wifi is available, and there is no. The quality of the room does not reach 4*, only 3*. I also wrote a letter of complaint to the hotel, to which they should respond within 24 hours, but this did not happen even after 10 days! It's not 4*, it's 3*!
