Merit Diamond otelde 2 gece kaldım. Denize girmedim ve SPA hizmetini kullanmadım Ancak otel konfor, hizmet, temizlik, personel ve diğer olanakları yönünden mükemmel idi. Girne'ye shuttle sayısı günde 2 kez, önerim bu sayının artırılmasıdır.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous allons, toujours aussi agréable ! Chambre incroyablement belles avec des vues imprenables sur la mer. Lits confortables, salles de bain complètes et très belles. Serveurs très serviables et souriants, ambiance agréable et paisible pas très bruyante. La mer est belle et propre malgré les algues, avec le restaurant au bord de celle ci qui permet de ne pas avoir à retourner à l’hôtel. Les enfants disposent d’une grande piscine et d’une petite adaptée avec un terrain de jeu. Encore une fois très bon service et la décoration de l’hôtel est magnifique ainsi que la vue lors du coucher de soleil ! Aux environs de 16h à l’intérieur hotel, il y a un petit buffet pour le goûter et hier il y avait une pianiste ce qui était vraiment sympathique. Merci pour ce superbe séjour

Отдыхали большой семейной компании, в отели Merit Royal Premium уже 2 раз. Очень тихо и спокойной. Очень приветливый персонал, приятно что многим говорить по Русский. Могу выделить не которых работников и поблагодарить спасибо большое официанту Cihangir Kurt хорошо обслуживал говорит по Русский всегда улыбается.... Так же всему персоналу огромное спасибо... Ещё хочу выделить одного Бармена у бассейна он делает просто вкусные коктейли Burak Keskin, так же официанта Николая спасибо Вам. Если вы не играете... И просто хотите провести хорошо и в спокойно тишине свой отпуска то Вам сюда.... Всех хорошего отпуска... Ну я ещё приеду в этот отель)

Замечательный отель, все очень понравилось. Хорошее обслуживание в номерах, приятный персонал. Кормят на высшем уровне, есть что выбрать и постоянно обновляют свой ассортимент. В спа можно отлично расслабится и отдохнуть. Советую сходить на балийский масаж. В дорогу возьмите красовки что бы в спорт зал ходить Советую

Invited for lunch by a dear friend and member of staff. Not much point posting too much as its all inclusive, brand new, and gorgeous! Staff are from all backgrounds and come together well offering a "nothing is too much trouble" service level. Worth going on holiday, when your normal place is closed !
