After reading the 1 star review titled "Titan Tours" and how awful it was we were very concerned about these comments. Thankfully we had the most wonderful time. Our rep Danuta was informative and caring meeting us at the airport and being with us all thru the holiday....38 of us in all. Hotel was lovely and staff very polite, couldn't fault them. Poolside great too as was the beach. The tours with Titan were very good. We couldn't of done all of them on our own. The only negative was the food, repetitive and not very interesting oh and the weather....phew so hot but hey how can u control that!!!!

Askeri kampta mı yoksa tatilde mi olduğumuzu sorgulatan otel. Herşey yasak, plajda self servis ve yanınızda hiçbişey götüremiyorsunuz. Dışarı kısımda yemek yemek yasak, içerde yemelisiniz. Bayramın 1. günü diye dışarı taşımışlardı bu sefer de içerde yiyemiyorduk. Üstüne üstlük açık hava mekanda sigara içirtmediler. İçeceklerin hepsi (alkollü-alkolsüz) ücretli. İşletmecilerin hepsi Hint ve restoranın başında duran adam öğretmen edasıyla masa masa gezip uyarılarda falan bulunuyor. Beach'i hiç güzel değil, sürekli olarak dışardan insan geliyor (tamam gelebilir ama bi müşteri profili yok) iki kadın olarak rahatsız olduğumuz için tüm bayram tatilimizi başka plajda geçirdik. Odaya yiyecek içecek çıkartmak yasak, plaj havlularını da günde 1 sefer 1 tane alabiliyosunuz. Yani kısacası buraya vereceğiniz ucuz fiyata aldanmayın; size dışarda daha kaliteli vakit geçirtecek şeylere ödediğiniz ekstralarla, çok daha iyi bi otele gidebilirsiniz.

Avoid! 4* hotel with 1* service! Be prepared for an unpleasent stay. Stayed here for 1 week with Titan holidays in the more upmarket Denizkizi Royal. On check-in given a standard twin room in the main building rather than a sea view double in Royal, which was booked. Duty manager reluctant to change it but eventually did. Kept awake every night with loud music (excruciatingly loud on Saturday) from nearby Red Lion pub. Mediocre hot food unlabelled and tasteless in main restaurant. Indifferent management unreceptive to any problems epitomizes this place.

Very nice hotel with a private beach. The food was also very good. Staff always ready and attentive. The hotel is on a slope and not suitable for people with physical disabilities. It is a bit far to walk to the city, but there are always buses (one trip costs 50 Kurush).

The rooms are comfortable and the beach is nice and good location. They do need to update all furniture by the beach and pool. The buffets are very basic and there needs to be more variety. No entertainment apart from on Wednesdays, they need some.
