Konumu iyi olduğu için fiyat fayda dengesi tartışılabilir. Deniz amaçlamıyorsanız pahalı, deniz odaklıysanız uygun. Otel iyi ancak hizmet zayıf. Very nice hotel with a private beach. The food was also very good. Staff always ready and attentive. The hotel is on a slope and not suitable for people with physical disabilities. It is a bit far to walk to the city, but there are always buses (one trip costs 50 Kurush).

The rooms are comfortable and the beach is nice and good location. They do need to update all furniture by the beach and pool. The buffets are very basic and there needs to be more variety. No entertainment apart from on Wednesdays, they need some.

Kibrista unlu Niazi Restaurant’tan asina oldugumuz Niyazi Bey’in sahibi oldugu yarim pansiyon konseptli eski ve bakimsiz bir otel. Kahvaltinin 7:00’da baslayip 10:00’da sonlanmasi eger geceyi gec sonlandirip sabah uyumak istiyorsaniz kahvaltiyi kacirmaniza neden olabilir. Aksam yemekleri de 19:30-21:30 arasinda. Eger 20-21:00 arasi yemege inerseniz yemeklerin bitme ihtimaliyle de karsilasabilirsiniz. Ayrica aksam yemeklerinde alacaginiz su dahil tum icecekler ucretli. Hic degilse su ikram edilebilirdi. Su zaten otel icerisinde de ucretli ve Euro cinsinden satis yapiliyor. Aksam yemeklerinde tuz sorunu ve herseye bulyon konulmasi, pilavin bile margarinle yapilmasi bizi cok rahatsiz etti. Cikan mezeler idare eder ama cesitler hep ayni ve tuz konusunda cok tutarsiz. Sabah kahvaltisi ise oldukca vasat. 3 cesit peynir, zeytin, yumurta ve pancake’ten olusan basit bir kahvalti mevcut. Sucuk, tost, pisi ya da en azindan sigara boregi filan bekliyorsaniz hic beklemeyin. Otel bakimsiz, personel cogu zaman ilgisiz ve bilgisiz. Denizi fena degil. Bir kez daha gelir miyim. Asla…Keske restaurantlarina gosterdikleri ilginin 10da 1ini otellerine gostermis olsalardi.

A price performance hotel offering bed and breakfast. The view is very nice. It has an outdoor pool and a sandy beach. We stayed for 1 or 2 nights, then went south. Since it is north, the sea can be a bit wavy. For that reason, south Famagusta can be preferred. But the hotel is a ***et hotel to stay.

The grounds are on a slope and are relatively spacious. Might be a bit difficult for people with walking difficulties. The rooms are sufficiently large and our bathroom is quite modern. We found out from fellow travellers that there are different facilities. We had carpet, other rooms had laminate flooring. The beds were relatively hard but still comfortable. There were also balconies in wing 2. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a buffet for breakfast and dinner every day. The quality of the food was satisfactory. The coffee is relatively weak. If you like it stronger, you should order a coffee at the bar for an extra charge. We had half board, which means drinks cost extra. The prices are quite reasonable though. The pool is quite large and clean. The beach is in a quiet bay and the sand is very fine. It goes in very shallowly, which is ideal for children. Conclusion: Generally recommended, great location, locals also come to swim. There is food and drink on the beach and by the pool.
