All very friendly and the coffee tour was great. Coffee part interesting but the insights from our Masai guide into their culture was really interesting and accompanied by photos 😊

Excellent experience. Had a chat by a Masai in the evening, which was very informative. He gave a complete overview of their culture, tradition and life style. Hotel is beautiful and the food was fantastic.

Laizer was our guest experience host and was warm and welcoming throughout the stay. The pool was an excellent place to relax and I would highly recommend the coffee tour and sundown experience. We had all of our questions answered and felt very welcome.

We stayed for four nights in total at Highview (separated by nights in the Serengeti). The rooms are basic but clean and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. We had an issue with our shower and within 10 mins of contacting the reception they sent someone to help us. We also got randomly upgraded to the lodge on the second two nights and this was stunning and very welcome after long days on safari. The food and buffet was delicious and we also enjoyed the sundowner, coffee tour and an evening spent round the bonfire chatting to an employee who told us about his family and upbringing which was very interesting. Also special shoutout to the amazing Miriam who was always so friendly and welcoming as well as helping us to print some documents for our onward travel. All the staff were amazing and welcoming loved relaxing by the pool!
