入住流程複雜，要自行打電話check in，但都沒有收到大門密碼，門鎖設計複雜，壞了出入不能，擾攘一整晚，酒店反指我多次誤按拒絶賠償，我以後都不會再住grand base旗下的酒店

房間很好，很乾凈。但入住轉，攜程流程有問題，和日本沒有對接好。不懂日語的，完全無法入住。這一點問題很大

房間很大以及十分整潔，暖氣也很足夠，特別是浴室的暖氣十分方便！房間有洗衣機以及烘乾的風扇。唯一的缺點就是浴缸沒有辦法停止排水，應該是開關壞了。
