It is a spa resort.
You can swim in the pool, which is very spacious and has many fun facilities, so I am satisfied.
There is a separate infinity pool for guests. The mountain view there is really the best.
The infinity pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm.
The Austrian countryside scenery seen from the window is also beautiful.
The green view that greets me when I wake up in the morning makes me feel like I am in nature.

A fantastic hot spring resort with the backdrop of the Alps that can only be booked for one night during the week. Before check-in, you can use the water facilities except for the hotel-only hot spring facilities. The changing room in the basement of the hotel is shared between men and women, so you may be disappointed if you change clothes in front of the locker. It is called a hot spring, but you can think of it as a warm water swimming pool (it smells like bleach), and there is a nude zone, so be careful.
There are many beach chairs, so there are plenty of places to rest, and the staff are very friendly. This is the place where the staff was the friendliest during my trip.
The minibar in the room is free, the dinner buffet including the course was delicious, and there was a juicer here, which was nice. Seats are reserved for dinner and breakfast, and there is a reservation name card on the table.
They give you a small herbal salt as a souvenir when you check out, and these kind of small services make you feel good.
The lobby is on the hill about 2nd floor, so I unloaded my luggage and parked for free in the outdoor parking lot below, but later I found out that there is a parking lot accessible by elevator at the bottom of the building. If you are going, please take note..

Die Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf den Sauna & Spa Bereich (ohne Hotel). Eintritt für zwei Personen (Tageskarte) fast 100 €. Was erwartet einen für diesen sportlichen Preis? Da man einen feste Schrank/Spind zugewiesen bekommt, kann es passieren (ist uns passiert), dass man sich zusammen mit 12 Erwachsenen und 15 Kindern in einem Umkleidegang wiederfindet und sich am Spind umziehen muss, da nur recht wenige und dazu enge Umkleidekabinen zur Verfügung stehen. Warum die Schränke nicht verteilt (auf mehrere Gänge) vergeben werden, bleibt das Geheimnis des Eingangspersonals. Empfang in einer unbekannten Therme schon schlecht. Aufgüsse durchs Personal gibt es nur stündlich (!!!), dementsprechend lange steht man dann auch vor der Sauna an, in der Hoffnung, einen Platz zu bekommen. Von diesen stündlichen Aufgüssen fallen dann auch noch zwei Aufgusstermine "aus", da diese in einem Dampfbad mit ca. 12 Personen (!!!) Kapazität stattfinden. Dafür erhält man dann einen Klecks Salz. Ein Witz. Goodies, die es sonst in jeder normalen Sauna gibt (Tee, frische Früchte) gibt es nicht. In der Sauna-Gastro gibt es anscheinend keinen Kuchen. Dazu muss man in den Badbereich wechseln, wo einen dann eine Schlacht am kalten Buffet mit einem Ambiente wie samstags bei Ikea erwartet. Echte Ruheräume mit Wasserbetten z.B. - Fehlanzeige. Eine große Haupthalle mit einem zwar schönen Ausblick, aber doch recht laut. Unten nur recht einfache Badeliegen, oben zwar Hängeschaukeln, die aber nicht wirklich bequem sind (mehr Optik). Wir sind echte Sauna-Fans und haben schon diverse Saunen besucht, aber das war nix (Preis zu Leistung).

Allora… diffide dare tre stelle al mio hotel del cuore dove sono venuta credo almeno 30 volte… ma è triste che mai ti riconoscano, che mai ti facciano sentire speciali perché sono così tante volte che torni… sembra diventato un hotel così freddo non ti senti mai a casa e’ molto triste questo.. non ci sono mai gli stessi camerieri, o comunque è difficile, meno male quest’anno ci ha accolti uno splendido Roberto manager al ristorante che ci ha fatto venire voglia di tornare… ci ha consigliato un super vino, ci ha fatto sentire speciali… e’ importante quando torni e dai fiducia ad una struttura per così tante volte. Spero che capiscano che anche sono un hotel molto grande riconoscere che la familiarità e’ vitale.

We booked the RELAX Wellness De Luxe. Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Such a beautiful place. There are so many pools to choose from, as well as numerous saunas and solariums. The views were fantastic, especially from the infinity pool on the roof. We had a snack in the restaurant at lunch, which was nice, very reasonably priced, but we had €15 each to spend which we got with the package. Everywhere was clean and staff friendly and helpful. At the end of the day we had a 6 course taster meal. All I am going to say is WOW. The food was phenomenal. Mitchell quality is an understatement. Chef Christof Schernthanter was amazing. When each course was served chef came out and explained what the dish was and where the food was from. All the food was sourced locally. Big shout out to the Matradee who was also made us feel welcome. Can not recommend thisnplace highly enough. 5 stars does not do it justice.
