Stayed in a clean and modern 2-bedroom apartment with friends—well-equipped kitchen and free garage parking were big pluses. Check-in was a 3-minute drive away, and communication with reception was smooth via WhatsApp. No housekeeping, but extra coffee capsules and trash bags were available on request. Overall, a pleasant stay. Just avoid the Middle Eastern store opposite—their water prices are unreasonably high (€7 for six 1.5L bottles).

Stayed here with a large group and might as well booked an apartment. Please be aware no reception at the hotel you have to walk through the village for that. No where to store suitcases and any bar/lobby is part of a separate restaurant that is closed most of the day. You can not access the sauna area til 3pm either. The main hotel through the village has a hotel shuttle but this is not made available to guests in other parts of the hotel. Really disappointing experience.

There was no reception so we paid hotel prices for what was effectively an apartment (without a discount). the town did not have much in the way of restaurants.
The hotel property itself was very high quality
the food in the restaurant (especially the fondue) was substandard

I had to shorten my stay from 6 nights to 3, asked reception personnel to credit my 2 nights, and my request was refused. It was unkind and unreasonable, thus I do not recommend this hotel, as they don't care about their guest, just their money :(

The hotel met our expectations as expected. Comfortable beds and great location.
Good breakfast, but we didn't like the restaurant for meals.

The room was small but ok. The only thing is that it is a very noisy hotel. We heared litterly our neighbours talking, banging doors and talking from other guests in the main hall. Sounds from the traffic and people outside because u have to open the window because of the warmth in the room. Bring earplugs!

Nice hotel, contemporary nice modern design. Unfortunately bad breakfast. It's not worth the price at all. Dont order it! Only two saunas. Very nice, but I expected much bigger wellness acc. to pictures. A bit expensive restaurant in the house. I would expect some traditional instead of Sushi bar :-)

We had 5 nights here in late December, great shuttle service to the slopes, never waited more than 5 minutes after phoning, the staff are good, reception off site which was a 10-minute inconvenience but a nice walk actually, the hotel is very well kept, lovely rooms and kitchen area, the Sauna is top class and very quiet, breakfast was really well done, no complaints.
