Excellent and very clean. The receptionist explained everything thoroughly and clearly. It's extremely close to Formosa Boulevard MRT station; you just need to cross the street at the traffic light to reach it. The hotel is located on a main road, making it very easy to find. I booked online, and upon arrival, I was able to check in immediately. I received my room key, room slippers, and was shown where to store my shoes.
