"It's in a great location, less than a 5-minute walk from Kaohsiung Station's Formosa Boulevard Station. There's a cafe next to the first floor, so I think it's the perfect environment for a relaxing stay. The staff speaks English and will give you detailed information about the relaxation space and kitchen during your stay. The building isn't new, but the rooms are stylish and the shower water pressure is great. There is a free relaxation space in front of the room, and there are various magazines and books (including stylish Japanese magazines and books) where you can work on your computer. I stayed here for multiple nights, and was able to relax outside of my room after returning to the inn."

"It takes about 12-15 minutes to walk from Pier 2 Art Zone. The room is clean and tidy, and the toilet is separated from wet and dry. There is also a capsule coffee machine in the room, which is great. There is also a children's playroom on the third floor, and the breakfast is also good. "114.01.03-01.05 First visit Let’s talk about the disadvantages first! ① Average sound insulation (doors closing on the same floor can be heard, and outdoor noise is quite noticeable) I live on the 7th floor. ❷The 2025 Act prohibits the hotel industry from providing disposable toiletries. (This is understandable, but if you need it, you need to pay an additional $20 to purchase it...) ③The hotel’s breakfast is a la carte set meal (staple food + beverage), not an all-you-can-eat buffet. I think it is not a good idea for the food delivery staff to knock on the door to inform guests when delivering food, as it may disturb the guests in the room. We stayed for two nights, and the food was delivered on time on the first day, but nearly half an hour late on the second day. ❹There are no signs or lights such as ”Do Not Disturb” or ”Help Cleaning” in the room, so it is not very intuitive to use. ⑤The hotel opened in October 2013 and is an extremely new hotel. However, the socket design does not include convenient devices such as USB sockets and WIFI. The TV only has Channel 4 and YouTube, and it is not a smart TV. ❻There is no makeup mirror on the desk in the room, which is inconvenient for women. Advantages: ①The hotel was established in 113.10, so almost all the facilities and hardware are new. ❷The hotel does not provide PET bottled mineral water. Instead, we use water bottles and install ice, warm and hot water dispensers on each floor. "I stayed in a 6-person dormitory. It was cleaner than I expected. I stayed in the top bunk of a bunk bed for 2 nights, but there was a locker in the common area that I could lock and retrieve my personal belongings without having to go up and down every time. The staff were also kind and I was able to ask them about even the smallest things without hesitation."

"Late review but really unforgettable stay experience 🥺 The landlord sister contacted WhatsApp in advance and informed the check-in details, so the communication was very smooth, and she was always concerned about greetings from check-in to check-out. The decoration of the B&B room is very unique. I found that the wall is not wallpaper but handmade murals. The homestay is very clean and quiet. I brought food to my relatives and friends. The landlord sister took the initiative to say that I can use the refrigerator, oh. "Great room. Very spacious and nice design. Only problem is soundproofing to the corridor. Fridge quite noisy, but I just unplugged it at night. Big bonus is the laundry facilities, which are free apart from NT 30 for detergent from reception. Dryers were slow, but can't complain as it was free. Lots of nice food places nearby, although the peanut place just round the corner always had massive queues so I never tried it even though it looked amazing. There's an food recommendation map in the lifts, so that's helpful."

"The public space is large, especially the table, which is very suitable for a group of friends to play board games. The service of the homestay is very good. I originally paid for an extra bed. As a result, my friend could not come temporarily, and the homestay was willing to refund again."
