The hotel is located at the city centre surrounded by department stores, shops, convenience stores and shops. Very close to the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Would be much better if external wall cleaning can be arranged more frequently so can enjoy better view at the room. Would love to highlight the movie channel with quite a number of movies offered by the hotel is nice.

Location is right next to Santo Business District Station Exit 3, but this exit is on the elevator, down is need to walk the stairs!

The overall stay was very good. The location is excellent, right next to the MRT exit of Sanduo Shopping District. The front desk staff was very helpful and the environment was quiet. But a little disappointing was that around 11:00 the next morning, before we got up, the hotel called to say that they needed to clean the room. They also said that it was because we had turned on the Do Not Disturb light, so they called to ask when the room could be cleaned. It was because we went to bed at 3:00 a.m. the night before that we had turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' light😥⋯⋯ Also, maybe the lobby of the building is being renovated, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and I waited a long time for the elevator, and was chased by mosquitoes 🫠 The restaurant has a beautiful view.
