入住後發現房內設施與app描述差異大，當場立即下樓向櫃檯人員反應問題，雖然平台責任比較大，但工作人員馬上幫忙處理，讓我得以好好休息。 不論櫃檯或餐廳工作人員都很熱心盡責，下次有機會一定會再訪😊

After checking in, I found that the facilities in the room were very different from the description on the app, so I went downstairs immediately to report the problem to the counter staff. Although the platform was largely responsible, the staff immediately helped to deal with it, allowing me to have a good rest. Whether it is the counter or the restaurant staff, they are all very enthusiastic and responsible. I will definitely visit again next time I have the chance😊

夕方到着の飛行機で到着が夕暮れだったので殆ど手続だけで終了。 朝食は2階でビュッフェ、種類は多かったがベーコン、ハム、オムレツが無かった。 観光するにはMRTが近く動きやすい場所だった。 部屋はまあそれなりだった。 

Since we arrived at dusk on an evening flight, we were only able to do the formalities. Breakfast was buffet style on the second floor, with a wide variety of options, but no bacon, ham, or omelette. It was close to the MRT, making it easy to get around for sightseeing. The room was okay.

This time I booked this hotel because the child looked at the evaluation before school started and it was good, and I also thank the customer service for helping to solve the problem.
The service at the counter was cordial when I checked in, provided that the hotel has a history of 50 years, and the building has many identities over the years.
I’m not sure about this. You can experience and understand for yourself. The surrounding scenic spots are also very close.
Light rail, pop music center, and you can also take a boat of love to tour the Love River. There are professional guides to explain, the whole atmosphere is good!
You still need to experience it yourself.

After arriving at the hotel, the counter staff searched for a long time and couldn't find the reservation. The strange thing was that even though they had received the confirmation letter, including the order number and check-in voucher, and showed them all to the hotel, they still couldn't find the reservation record.
It took me a long time to find out that there is indeed a reservation...
I’m not sure if it’s a Trip.com problem or a hotel system problem (???)

The location is right next to the port, which is definitely the most convenient choice. There are also many food options nearby at night, so you won't be bored! ! !
