Beautiful accommodations. The rooms are spacious with large walk in showers with rain heads. The porch overlooked the lake. The food was excellent. Nice bar area with live music at happy hour. We could see some animals at the edge of the property while enjoying our cocktails.

A real postcard view. Sunset is incredible. All the staff is so nice, they always want to serve you as a queen and a king with a sincere smile. We have never seen such a huge and comfortable tent. Everything was there to make us feel great. Food was excellent, we would have liked to stay a few more days to that exceptional place where we had close view of impalas and water bucks.

Situado a orillas del lago Elementaita, este hotel te proporciona la oportunidad de vivir dentro de la naturaleza. Durante el día los animales salvajes acuden a beber a la charca que hay delante del jardín. Es habitual desayunar con una cebra a escasos metros. De noche escuchas a los flamencos cantar, y también escuchamos hienas, realmente único. La tienda de campaña es un sueño, un baño amplísimo, una enorme ducha, y la habitación estaba decorada con un gusto exquisito. Cama comodísima, un escritorio en el que me hubiera quedado a escribir cada tarde, un porche con vistas al lago. Es realmente especial. La piscina es fantástica, con vistas al lago. Es discreta y reina el silencio. Es un muy buen sitio para descansar y desconectar. El personal es muy atento, todo el tiempo están pendientes de ti. Se come bien. Muy recomendable el servicio de masaje.

Enjoyed the horse ride and heated pool .... I loved the fact that the Chef was so flexible to prepared a local dish fir me and my friends .... I would come again and again The staff - very courteous, warm and friendly. Codos to the Camp manager Lameck and his assistant Wilson. The night game drive was such a thrill under the moon lit sky. Yess - i won my team in the game of archery

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely hotel Superb view on the Lake with a lot of flamingo’s and pelicans. At night we saw buffels and antilopes at the pool. Great food at breakfast, lunch en dinner Wonderfull room with excellent bed Friendly professional staff

The most life enhancing trip ever. We enjoyed EVERY aspect of our stay. The property is phenomenal over the top service. Kenya is a must! I would totally recommend staying with Serena properties especially this one on Lake Elemenaita. I LOVE the hot water bottles

Beautiful well maintained facility in a gorgeous lake with tons of birds. Pelicans and flamingos in particular. Also saw a group of at least 20 giraffes parading out of the trees. We had a massage which was delightful. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Absolutely wonderful experience from the suites to the dining to the safaris. Far exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff anticipated every need and answered any request with smiles. I will definitely recommend Serena Elementieta to anyone who asks!! Oh, and the hot water bottle in bed every night was the absolute BEST. Kept my toes warm all night!

I visited Serena in November. It is located inside the Soysambu conservancy.(roughly 2 hrs drive from Nairobi & very easily accesible) The hotel has scenic views and a number of animals. The rooms all have beautiful views. The hotel has a number of fun activities for all types of travellers and on my game drive we spotted a number of animals... The highlight being the flamingoes. The service was spectacular & dorothy was a great host. I will definetly be back soon
