Family-friendly Hotels in Kanpur

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. Pictures attached of our room toilet, Stairs right in front of a room, and stairs adjacent to our second room which was attached to the kitchen.

They provided the best facility like neat and clean room, clean towel, bed sheet is also clean. Staff behavior is better. All the staff are cooperative. Best part is very near to station platform no. 1, cant side

Staff of hotel mandakini plaza were very cordial and cooperative. Especially mr. Abhay. He personally engaged when our train got late and reached hotel in mid night. He helped us to settle down quickly and easily. Night staff was very helpful. Thank you hotel mandakini plaza.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, especially the restaurant staff. It really showed that they prioritised customer's ease and satisfaction. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast at this hotel is not bad, but it is very wonderful. You must have breakfast by room number and name. The name cannot be checked. The bed in the room was too soft, and the bathroom shower head was fixed on the top. I forgot to bring a shower cap and I had to wash my hair every time I took a shower.
