Nice hotel. But lack of hospitality. We need to call reception regarding our dinner buffets unlike other hotel we stayed during the same week they itself contact us regarding what we need. Lack of professionalism. Not a 4 star property from its services. Food was good

Rooms are not as per expectations or as per tariff. Restaurant service are also very slow and not attentive bathroom is not maintained. Washbasin is broken, mirror is broken, hot water pressure is almost zero.

The room was clean. The bathroom was big. They have a nice lobby. If the room had a view it would be better but our room had the wall of the adjacent hotel visible. The hotel is at walking distance from the main market. Overall i would recommend this hotel to others.

Worst location i have ever experienced. Poor service and basic ementies were not available. I have checked out on 25th may 2024 and but official they have not marked me check out on 25th may 2024 so that they can charge the amount from you.

Good hotel with ample amenities and good service. Located near main square market on a steep road and also near from mcleodganj bus stand
