ZZuiaishenghuodenanhaiThe location is quite good, not far from Tagong Town and not far from Muya Temple. The hill next to the B&B is amazing to climb up through the village. Be careful when passing through the village, there may be dogs. Climb up the mountain and face the Yala Snow Mountain, as shown in the picture. Of course the conditions are not particularly good, but itās still okay, as is the case in plateau areas! But it has been done quite well! After the rain, the sky clears up, and the scenery is amazing!

GGuest UserThis was a great friendly hostel with a really helpful and warm owner. Itās right by the bus station down by the river and has an absolutely beautiful view in the valley right outside. The common area is cool (all glass so very bright) and really nicely furnished, and sometimes they will light a fire in the evening to make it cosy. The room was really comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping at all. The owner also helped me find interesting things to do in the area and even helped me find a solution when the bus I wanted to take was fully booked. Iād really recommend staying here. Itās also a fast walk to the centre of town and easy to get to the temples etc, Iād say itās the best location because you can easily get to other places with the bus station so near by as well.

Secondly, I stayed for 3 days, and I felt like I was sleeping at home when I slept in the bed for the next two days. I came here to shoot a pre-wedding MV. It is also very close to the store where it was shot. The room is very tidy. The sisters will help with the luggage. There is also good night milk before going to bed, which is delicious! There are a few houses in front of it, which just blocks the noise from passing cars on 318. Parking is easy, almost all rooms face the distant mountain view, and the rooms on the first floor are not damp at all and have no odor. The appearance of the homestay is unremarkable, but the rooms are eye-catching: 1. The standard rooms are large enough, with bright windows, blackout curtains, and rich three-dimensional light sources. 2. Very clean and tidy. 3. The bathroom is spacious, with dry and wet areas separated. Two people can take a bath at the same time. The hand sanitizer is much more convenient than a piece of soap. There is plenty of hot water, and they thoughtfully provide free disposable toilet seats. 4. There are many sockets in the room, enough for two people to use various electronic devices. The ******* proprietress is friendly and enthusiastic.
The restaurant is on the third floor and the kitchen is very clean and tidy. The prepared breakfast includes butter tea, porridge, steamed buns, pickles, and eggs. AAnonymous UserThe last stop of my trip to Western Sichuan came to Kangding. I personally care about the old and new hotels. I chose a hotel that was renovated in 2024. In fact, it was renovated, but it was only the exterior corridor. The important thing is that the bathroom in the room still looks like an old hotel. It is very old! The toilet, air conditioner, TV, are new and partially renovated (the bathroom shower facilities are very old, the floor tiles still have potholes) and are not renovated at all. The hotel was built in 2008 and has been 16 years old. Forget it. More importantly, I slept with my partner. I scratched a huge itch all night. It was one or two o'clock in the morning. I was too lazy to make a call until the morning. When I woke up and washed up, I found that the plate holding the towels was moldy. I really couldn't stand the collapse. Although the attitude was very good, the hotel was being renovated. The outside guests did not live outside. I hope the hotel would take care of it. The room hygiene is good, but I still like the city of Kangding. It started to rain a little when I returned to the room at night. When the little brother saw us, he enthusiastically gave us an umbrella, but the hygiene was worrying! I rarely write reviews but my body was really itchy and there were a few little red spots on my back.

Amazing hostel with cozy interior and a really lovely host who made the stay extra enjoyable! The location was ideal for me as the hostel is high enough up the hill that you get an stunning view but still only have to walk around 10 minutes (up/down hill) to get to the centre of the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the common area for relaxing is beautifully decorated in traditional ******* style. The host was really helpful and caring (always bringing us tea and snacks) and we had some great conversations with her about life in Kangding. She gave us lots of advice on what to do in the city, helped us out organizing cheap transport back to Chengdu, and even made us a super unique and delicious fusion meal of yak steak with salad. Highly recommend if youāre looking for somewhere with a traditional feel and a great view!
