Clean and quite spacious room, right beside the bus station and about 10 minutes walk from the center, which suited us well. Few bakeries and eateries nearby. The manager was really helpful with helping us find a taxi to tagong in the morning, which is notable. We didn't like the disposable towels, but it's quite common unfortunately.

The room only has floor heating, no air conditioning. I checked in at 5 o'clock, and the boss said the floor heating was already on. As a result, the room temperature was 16°. I called to ask, and they said it would rise to 26° in half an hour. 40 minutes later, it was 18°. I called again and they said it would reach 23° in 40 to 50 minutes. An hour and a half later, the room was 20°. I called again and asked to change rooms, and the boss said the other rooms were the same. Anyway, it was pure deception, but there was still an attitude to solve the problem. I was provided with an electric heater, and the temperature did not reach 26 until 22 o'clock in the evening. The hotel was excellent and exceeded expectations. The facilities are very new, the lady is very welcoming, the breakfast is also good. The room is a little cold, but it heats up quickly once the electric heater is turned on. The overall feeling is very good.

The B&B is located halfway up the mountain with a good view. I stayed with my children. There were no other problems except that the parking space was a bit steep. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us park the car and upgraded the room for free (it should be a special benefit for traveling in the off-season haha). The breakfast was made by the boss himself and it was delicious. The children loved it too! Overall it’s very good!

Service: After booking the room, a dedicated butler contacted us with the detailed address and directions, and guided us to the hotel via the Baitukan Tunnel. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. The hotel offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The owner was very patient and helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel's fruit platter and breakfast were also very generous. Environment: As soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was completely captivated by the stunning mountain view. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center of Kangding County, and I saw a plethora of beautiful roses along the way. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had double sinks and a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant offers a great view, and dining there was a delightful experience. The fourth-floor balcony was also very comfortable, and downstairs there were also billiards, mahjong machines, and other entertainment facilities. P.S.
