Grand library with many books. It is apparent that owner had invested substantial capital in the building and room construction. Room has all amenities with both choice of cloth bath towel and disposal. Bed is clean and comfortable but carpet needs attention.
The property also has a resident friendly cute mini Yorkshire terrier who greets guests on arrival. Very charming.
We had dinner at the property, restaurant table was closed and we were seated in cafe library. Very comfortable and calm environment. Meals were reasonable and not bad.
For improvement:
Not sure if it is due to off peak season, service attitude of a few front desk receptionists is lacking and can be improved. Cafe library is closed and we weren’t able to have breakfast there. Reluctantly we had to have breakfast in room which isn’t our preferred choice as the lobby is closed even at 8:15am when we went downstair to check on status of our breakfast.

是朋友推薦去住的店，但是去了發現整個店好像就衹有幾個店員＋我們。
攜程會員可以免費升級，前台沒有主動升級，我們實在太累也就直接入住了，但是，房間真的很差很差，看圖就能説明一切。
要求加送三瓶水，被告知一個房間免費水衹有四瓶（多少年住店都沒有遇到過這種事情了，第一感覺就很不好）
要求加被子，被告知沒有多餘的被子。
後來因為黴味嚴重，怕住一晚有害長者孩子健康，十點多了提出換房。
衹能説，前台哥哥姐姐的服務很好，但是酒店真的很不行！
哦對，餐廳服務員就是前台小姐姐，真的辛苦美女姐姐了，兼職那麼多，服務還那麼好！

房間偏小 裝修的材料非常好 細節很有文化內涵；一樓的書院是每回來住宿的最大原因，還有整個院子的無盡夏綉球花，真的很美。服務態度很好，温和禮貌。

書院設施齊全，酒店裡有個書店咖啡廳氛圍好，可以喝茶喝咖啡看書，工作人員服務好，早餐也是藏式特色，還可以試穿藏服拍照，真心值得推薦
