訂了森氧家庭房，比較偏僻，在路邊，衞生較不太好，跟圖上給人的乾淨整潔的感覺完全不一樣。看上去就是兩間房子中間開個連通門，但奇葩的是兩房兩衞看似獨立，但兩個房間的開關相通，這間房開燈另一個房就會開，如果其中一個房間關燈或者關窗簾另一個房間就會關燈或開窗簾，非常不方便，從來沒住過這樣奇葩電路設計酒店。

一言難盡，看到寫着有空調才定的，結果店家説：攜程上錯了！寫着有供氧，結果要掃碼付費一晚70元，店家説是有這個設備……老闆説你不滿意可以退了，我的天吶，大晚上的9點多，這態度，無語😓後來一個小姐姐給了我們風扇和製氧機

床單和枕頭上都是頭髮，床單上還有大塊污漬，極度懷疑當天沒有換洗。後電話要求更換床單被套，服務人員竟然真的衹換床單被套，後要求更換枕頭套，服務員口頭答應後一去不復返。
