在康定市場斜對面的老小區裏，很多車不是很好停車，老闆説有地下停車場，但是車上面加了行李架下不去，老闆娘讓我們停到外面路邊，報銷停車費。確實不太方便。
樓梯和電梯和是很臟很舊的房子，似乎每一層都是民宿。
民宿內部裝修的比較温馨，但是房間小，有坎。洗手間熱水很容易用完。
樓下早餐很難吃（不關酒店的事）

房間很差的，在一個老舊小區裏面，進去一個異味，房東租了一套三房一廳還是四房一廳硬改了三四個套間出來，裏面住得超級不舒服，晚上洗澡水壓不足，衞生環境很差很差，現在回想起來，都想吐，那個女老闆服務態度很差的！！根本沒有服務可言！你們千萬千萬要聽勸，一定不要訂這家民宿！一家破民宿！！
