It was not a pleasant stay experience. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that the swimming pool was broken and could not be used. I booked a resort hotel at the beginning because there was a swimming pool to play in. Otherwise, I would have booked an ordinary hotel. Why spend more money? (Book a resort hotel)

Une arrivée imprévue, nous débarquons à peine 20 minutes après avoir réservé. Nous n’étions pas attendus… et pourtant, tout a été fait pour que nous soyons installés dans les meilleures conditions, avec le sourire et le service à la clé.
L’hôtel est dans un très bel écrin de verdure, loin de l’agitation de la ville, propice au calme et à la serenite.

Unclear how the terms ‘luxury’ or ‘boutique’ can apply to this hotel. It’s an isolated and spartan hotel, little charm and an awful breakfast. Feels more Eastern European than SE Asian in character! Give it a pass, there are better options without the pretentious description.

This heart-crafted hotel is a true artistic labour of love... Artistic in broad strokes of a homely courtyard design, and cozy rooms warmed by rich earth tones; artistic in the many details of paintings, weavings, and ornaments decorating every wall and nook; artistic in the drawing pads and pencils which are put in different corners of the hotel for guests to try their hand; and artistic in a broad palette of inspiring efforts to support local communities and the environment; including selling paintings by ethnic Karen youth. I also enjoyed wonderful conversations with the owners, spanning art, history, spirituality, belonging and conservation. Highly recommended for families, amateur and professional artists looking for residences and retreats; or just finding somewhere to finally get that book chapter or report written (me) !! Thank you for a lovely stay.
