Clean but no services It was fine. No one in front office and no customer service. Locks wouldn't work until after 3 pm and if we had a problem, no one available on site to help. Owner told me that 90 percent of guests like everything digital hmmm not for anyone who is tech limited. I had to go to another hotel for information about the area.

This place is wonderful. Adorable decor, comfy beds and clean, clean, clean, clean! Such a change from smelly chain motels with gross carpets. A literal breath of fresh air. Great location in Kanab, pet friendly. The contactless logistics worked perfectly. The room was much quieter than I thought it would be, based on hotel design and how close it is to road. Would gladly stay here again!!

This place is charming and lots of fun. We loved the aesthetic. It's also pet friendly and all of the rooms have little pet bowls. Make sure you go during the off season because the prices will triple as the tourists from god knows where start to flood this beautiful area and ruin it. There was just one problem, because me and my friends from Arizona were trying to organize our key party - but there were no keys! The hotel uses security codes on the doors that are texted or e-mailed to the person who booked the room. This caused us a bit of confusion and we ended up having to turn it into a code party. Perhaps this is a first? Maybe we should contact Guiness. Imagine having the record for world's first and largest code party right here in Kanab? So that is my only complaint but it's not their fault - I'm sure they aren' thinking of this when they want to streamline their business and maximize security.

Mixed bag w/pricing bait snd switch The room was great. We booked through ********** and a 73 dollar room ended up costing 143 because of a 50 dollar “property charge.” In addition, in spite of having paid for our room, we were required to pay a second time, directly to the motel, on arrival. In addition, we found out that they leave cards on file, which makes them ripe to be hacked. Finally, while the room was nice, they are running this place as if Covid was rampant; no human interaction, unless forced to. Pretty pricey given there is no breakfast. Felt more like an ATM machine than a customer.

This is a cute retro motel that has been remodeled. Everything is new and the space is roomy and comfortable. We love Kanab and it’s a fun place to stay and explore. This hotel is right in town. My only complaint is that the older ac unit was quite loud and inefficient.

It was very cute and clean. I loved the decor, the bright colors made everything feel happy and fresh. The only issue that I had was with the shower. It wouldn't plug up when i wanted to take a bath. Aside from that, everything else operated smoothly and I would stay here again for sure.
