Easy walk to shops, sights, markets and the beautiful riverfront. Staff were friendly and mainly helpful. However one night at 12.45 am someone in the room next door and above us came in and had a loud conversation on speakerphone that continued until after 4 am! We tried to bang on the walls but couldn’t work out which room it was. Every time we went out into the corridor we couldn’t see any lights on in any of the rooms to ask them to be quiet. As soon as we thought it was finally finished, the loud talking would continue again! Finally we rang the front desk / security and it took quite a few rings for someone to answer the phone. Then the only response we got was ‘Sorry, no English!’ And the person hung up! Not good enough! (Further, another friend staying on a different level had a similar problem that same night with another guest!). Certainly this puts us off making any recommendations or wanting to ever stay here again!

Such as a great place to relax and stay in Kompot province , very helpful and friendly staffs Rooms on the south side are quieter" "Corner suites are large and sunny" "Higher floors have less A/C unit noise"

The hotel is in a great location and has comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It's a fantastic place to stay in Kampot province, Cambodia. I hope to return in the future. Sopheak, travel date 10-Jan-2022
