This is not the first time I have stayed at the Heritage Hotel. This hotel is obviously old, and the room has not been properly disinfected. There are ants on the table and the floor. Beautiful resort right on the Ping River. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They spoke fluent English in addition to Thai. Several very good restaurants close by and also on the riverfront. I will definitely return when in the area.

We chose to stop over here for two nights during a road trip. The location is fine if you're driving but you'd never find it otherwise. Contrary to the description there is no restaurant. The breakfast has some hot items but lacks variety and quality. The rooms are large and nicely equipped but need some serious cleaning--particularly the bath and shower. Rice paddies are nearby and there are many mosquitoes in the early evening. Our rooms were not cleaned before the second night. Linens were clean and comfortable and the mattress extremely firm. I've come to expect the extremely firm mattresses in Thailand but prefer the hotels that use a nicely padded mattress cover. The price is low but so is everything in the town so there is little value. Despite this the hotel was full on our send night (Friday). Given the secluded location it may be a ”get together”/cheating spouse place ;) I suggest you look further.

I was a little hesitant when I first booked a room. I'm afraid the room won't work. Unexpectedly, when I arrived, the boss looked at the room and found that the room was surprisingly good. clean. The cleaning is particularly good. The toilet is also clean. The yard is extremely large. Greening is also good. Let the kitchen cook another dish tonight. Very good.

Rocky start to a nice stay. Reservations were made through Expedia, confirmed and paid through credit card. Upon arrival there was confusion and no indication they expected our visit, resulting in a last minute scramble to set up a room and a longer than expected time to check in. Room cleanliness was average / below average with evidence in the bath area and balcony that the room had not been cleaned recently. The room was very nicely located facing the river with pleasant breezes to enjoy. Any drinks or ice had to be sourced from a local market about a block away. A very nice restaurant was located several blocks away (about 3/4 km) that was located on the river, had good seafood and featured a local band playing Thai pop, blues and soft rock. Overall, after crossing the check-in speed bumps, the stay was very pleasant.

Located on the roadside in the center of Kamphaeng Phet. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafes and shops. Its opposite faces the park. Near (but not very close) Mae-ping river. 5 minutes walked from crowded (compare to secondary city standard) night bazaar market. Perfect location. This place is utterly LIVELY! Staffs are friendly. Clean and stylish reception area. Room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good (but not variety). Thanks to the hotel for a lively night in Kamphaeng Phetl. If you want to spend the night Kamphaeng Phet, I strongly recommend this place. 5 stars. Nighted in 26 july 2020

Accommodation price 995 baht. Expected to be better, but when I arrived at the room that looks not clean, the TV could not turn on, the mattress was very wrinkled. Behind the balcony there was a smell of bird shit. The room has a musty smell. That can go to the 1st floor is not according to the picture posted Fortunately, the TV is not stuck at all, get a new room that is cleaner than the first room. Recommend this price to go to other hotels better.

Facilities: Perfect, this store can be seen, the boss has used a lot of thought. It really feels great. Hygienic: very clean and not many people live. Very comfortable Environment: It is very convenient to eat around. Service: The boss is very good and the English is good.
